Desync when player enters boat that is outside another player's visual range

If player A is in visual range of player B, and player A enters a boat that is not in visual range of player B, then player B will continue to see player A at the last position before they entered the boat, even while player A is moving around in the boat.

Even if player B then moves close enough to see the boat, it will still appear to be empty, and they will continue to see a fake player A outside the boat.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Player A places a boat right next to them
2. Player B moves to a location about 100M from player A and the boat
3. Player A enters the boat
4. Player B returns to player A's location

Expected: player B sees player A in the boat

Actual: player B sees player A frozen outside the boat and an empty boat moving around
