/op /deop command doesn't work with selector like @a @p @e @r
example: /deop @a[team=!OP]
/op @r
It is need for servers from Hacking...

That argument makes no sense. Obviously someone with admin privileges would be able to destroy the server, it doesn't matter if they have selectors or not. Don't make the trolls admins and everything is fine.
@unknown nevertheless, it remains this way or it will open up more security risks (/ban @a[name=!YOURNAME], now the server's yours)

A player with OP privileges is always going to be able to easily take over a server, whether they have selectors or not. The whole point of operators is that they are trusted. If you think someone might ruin your server, don't make them an OP.
Also keep in mind that the server owner will almost always be able to recover it anyway using the console.

They are not useable in command blocks for security reasons, and selectors are added for the use in command blocks, so these don't support them.
