It may not look like much, but I circled where the bug is with paint so it's understandable where it is. I have no idea if this was only on servers or both single and multiplayer. There was a black background around where the weapon charging is.

Well this was on Mineplex, but I have not tried it on different servers yet.
I did it on Hypixel just now and it had a player head in the inventory, but it didn't happen.
2 things: both are modded servers

Can you reliably reproduce it? Does it also happen without the player head in your inventory?
