Pre-ordered physical deluxe edition from Amazon.ca and received my game today and also the pre-order bonus code from Amazon’s email. I have redeemed the code on Nintendo eShop following the instruction but pre-order bonus items do not show up in game even after linking the game to Microsoft account and passing the tutorial.
