I noticed that the game seems to be dithering half the things on my screen. It most often occurs with foliage such as grass blades, particle effects like the dust clouds from your footsteps, the player when under the “Ghostcloaking” status effect, as well as trees and walls of buildings when you walk past them.
All my graphics settings are set to Ultra.
Steps to reproduce:
Set all graphics settings to High or Ultra (not sure if this is related, but I’ll add it just in case)
Go to an area with a lot of grass.
Observe.
Expected result:
Game renders transparent textures normally
Actual result:
Game renders transparent textures with a dithering effect

this also applies to visual effects of many enchantments such as the ice enchantment. particle clouds appear grossly dithered/grainy
examples:
the innate effect of the Primary Enchanter’s Gauntlets; ice particles create a spray of blue dither/glitter instead of a cloud of blue particles
the Frost Crescent enchantment; ice particles create a large cone/spray of blue dither/glitter instead of solid particles
