Constant micro-freezing after 25-30min gameplay

After playing 25min to 30min, the game starts to micro-freeze from 8 to 8 seconds 100% consistently, the freeze is very small, but noticeable, like a heavy stutter, it do the freeze, then after 8 seconds, it repeats, and go on from 8 to 8 seconds, it only stop if the game is closed and reopened, the freeze starts super subtle, but gets heavier over time, it doesn't matter what the player is doing or using (equipment), it's 100% replicable.
