Grindstone Deactivation — Two Separate Bugs Related to Artifact Activation Timing

I found two separate bugs affecting the Grindstone, both causing it to deactivate unexpectedly. After testing the behavior for an extended period, I was able to isolate the two issues.

Bug 1 — Activating all three artifacts at exactly the same time

If I activate all three of my artifacts at exactly the same time, the Grindstone deactivates.

However, if I leave even a small delay between activating the artifacts, the Grindstone works normally.

This means the order/timing of the three artifact activations appears to matter.

Bug 2 — Entering combat too soon after activating the artifacts

The Grindstone's behavior also changes depending on how soon I enter combat after activating it.

Example 1:
If I activate the artifacts and enter combat within approximately 1 second, the Grindstone deactivates.

Example 2:
If I activate the artifacts approximately 2 seconds before entering combat, the Grindstone remains active.

Example 3:
If I activate the artifacts while I am already in the middle of an attack/combat, the Grindstone also remains active.

Why these are difficult to identify

Both bugs produce the same result — the Grindstone deactivates — but they appear to have different triggers.

The first issue is related to activating all three artifacts at exactly the same time, while the second is related to the timing between artifact activation and entering combat.

Because both issues affect the Grindstone in the same way, they can easily be mistaken for the same bug.

Both behaviors are reproducible for me.
