While playing Minecraft Dungeons II, a choir-like or “heavenly” sound effect can become stuck and continue playing in a loop indefinitely.
The sound resembles a sustained choir, halo-like, angelic or heavenly sound effect. Once the issue occurs, moving far away from the location where the sound originally started does not stop it. The sound continues looping while exploring other areas and during normal gameplay.
I have encountered this issue multiple times while playing 2-player couch co-op through Steam Remote Play Together.
I have not yet been able to identify the exact event, object or interaction that initially triggers the sound. It may be associated with a Soul-related object or environmental effect, but I cannot confirm this yet.
Steps to Reproduce
Launch Minecraft Dungeons II on Steam.
Start a 2-player couch co-op session using Steam Remote Play Together.
Play normally and progress through the level.
At some point, a choir-like / heavenly sound effect starts playing.
Move away from the location where the sound started and continue through the level.
The sound continues playing repeatedly and does not stop as expected.
Expected Result
The sound effect should stop or fade out after leaving the associated location, completing the associated event, or when whatever triggered the sound is no longer active.
Actual Result
The choir-like / heavenly sound effect remains active and loops indefinitely, even after moving far away from the location where it originally started.
