Account link option missing on Steam Deck

Before MCD2 was updated to work with Steam Deck, I played around with unofficial workarounds to get the game to launch. The account login option was present, but wouldn’t link. I got to work once or twice, but it crashed by game before successfully linking. Now, it’s outright missing. Thank you so much for taking time to get the game working on Steam Deck, but I want to link my account so I can claim my capes.
