Brief description of the issue: The quick-equip slot skips over an artifact, making it impossible to select or assign, and the artifact cannot be activated during combat unless I open the full inventory and unequip/re-equip it.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Enter The Sift dimension on PlayStation 5.
Equip the mallet/hammer, the fire artifact, and the poison artifact.
Try to select or assign the artifact in the quick-equip bar (small inventory) - the slot is skipped over and the item cannot be chosen.
Start a boss fight (tested against The Harmonizer and The Monarch) and try to activate the artifact.
Open the full inventory, unequip the artifact, then re-equip it.
The artifact works again, but only temporarily - the problem returns during the same fight.
Expected result: The artifact should be selectable and assignable in the quick-equip bar, and should activate normally whenever it is off cooldown and sufficient souls are available (soul meter was full, 100+).
Actual result: The quick-equip slot skips the artifact entirely, so it cannot be selected or used. A red circle appears when I try to activate it. The only workaround is to open the full inventory, unequip and re-equip the artifact - which must be done mid-fight while taking damage, often getting me killed. This also occasionally happened in the Overworld, but there the artifact still worked; the problem becomes consistently blocking in The Sift, especially during boss fights.
