Villager head not on with villager's torso

I seem to have a villager which head’s not on top of the torso, I suspect this is only the blacksmith villager in MCD2. It randomly appeared like this and so has no real cause on my end. I’ve something similar with another mob (a boss) with an earlier quest that i wasn’t able to report myself.
This started happening yesterday.

To reproduce: Find the blacksmith villager during the missing note blocks quest.
Expected result: Villager head should be aligned with the torso
Actual Result: Villager does not have the head on the torso.
