Brief description of the issue: In local co-op play where the second player is local and not signed in online, Player 2 receives fewer rewards than what the mission description states should be granted after completing a mission.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Start a local co-op session on PlayStation 5 with two players (the second player is a local player, not signed in online).
Read the reward list shown for the mission before starting it.
Complete the mission with both players participating.
Compare the rewards Player 2 actually received with the rewards listed in the mission description.
Expected result: Player 2 should receive the rewards exactly as listed in the mission description, the same way Player 1 does.
Actual result: Player 2 receives less than what the mission description promises. For example, the equipment rewards listed for the mission are not granted to Player 2 - Player 2 mainly receives currency instead, and receives no gear while Player 1 gets the equipment. This happens consistently across multiple missions, which blocks progression for the second player.
