Missing Echo Golem in "Down into the deep Dark“

In the mission “Down into the deep Dark“ I won the Boss Twisted Warden and the next mission is to open the cave to rescue the echo golem. In the cave I can't see an golem. Opening the cave, I see a sequence but after that nothing happens cause I don't see it.

Now I have an mission “Follow the Echo Golem” and I can't do anything and I am stuck.

I restarted the main mission and did everything again. I restarted my Playstation 5. I died in the game twice to come back. Nothing seems to help.

This Echo Golem is not there.

I can't continue playing. Send help!
