Area items not displaying

When you go to your map on the top right there is a tracker that show you the % of the items that you have collected from the area you are hovering over, and you are able to expand it to see a more detailed view. However currently it is displaying 0% for every area and doesn’t allow me to expand it. Ive tried to delete the local files to force a cloud sync, deleting and reinstalling the game, doing a full system restart, and eventually caving in and deleting both the cloud and local files and doing a fresh restart of the game. The fresh restart worked momentarily until getting not even 15 minutes into the game before the bug appeared again. The first time it happened was well after I finished beating the game and was trying to 100% the game, I went afk and got booted then when I got back is when the bug appeared. The second time I finished the beekeepers quest near the start of the game, quit the game, then when I came back on the bug was back.
