Roll doesn't always work/activate

Sometimes activating roll (R stick) doesn’t work. It’s intermittent, and fairly rare so I don’t have exact repo steps but it does occur more frequently after I use a portal (but not exclusively).

My best repro steps/suggestion is use a Rift portal, don’t press any buttons yet besides L stick movement, quickly try and roll. It does seem to work if I attack first and then roll. It’s just before an attack or anything is done that roll doesn’t work.

I have had it also fail to roll at other times but I haven’t been able to document them.

Note: This roll failure is independent of the roll limit. I made sure to always have rolls available and not on cooldown.
