"Tainted" Effect from Oracle Mantle Does Not Extend Witch Brew Debuff Time by a Full 100%

When wearing the Oracle Mantle, providing the effect “Increases duration of negative statuses on enemies by 100%.” and splashing the Witch Brew artifact on the training dummies in the lobby, the purple particles indicating status affliction disappear after ~16 seconds as opposed to ~11-12 seconds without the Oracle Mantle. This IS consistently longer, but is much shorter than the promised 100% increase in duration.

Equip unique rarity armor with the “Tainted” unique effect. Use Witch Brew artifact on target.

Expected: ~22-24 second duration effect instead of ~11-12 seconds.

Got: ~16 second duration effect.
