Corrupted Seeds Artifact's Binding Effect is not Lengthened by "Tainted" Armor Effect

Corrupted Seeds artifact applies two negative status effects, poison, and vine-binding, as indicated by the vine that appears around afflicted monsters. The vine-binding effect’s duration stays the same even while wearing the Oracle Mantle, which states: “Increases duration of negative statuses on enemies by 100%.” The vines indicating the inability to move disappear in ~7 seconds regardless of equipment.

Equip Oracle Mantle. Equip Corrupted Seeds. Use on the training dummies.
