"Tainted" Effect is Capped at 200%

While wearing armor that SHOULD buff negative status duration up to 380%, the Effects & Stats menu incorrectly displays 200%. From timing actual duration, this seems to be in-line with how long the effects actually last (200% instead of correctly 380%)

- Equip sufficient armor to exceed 200% Tainted
- Check Effects & Stats menu/test debuff
- Duration should be 380% longer
- Duration is only 200% longer
