Multiple dog respawn cooldown visuals

When I had to interact with a rune to spawn the sculk monstrosity, I was chased by an enderman. No longer attacking me, because I am in the dialog (with no text for some reason? Fyi: I play in german) the enderman started fighting with the dog in the background. After I was afk for a bit, because I wanted to see, if the dog would defeat the enderman with multiple respawns, I had multiple respawn cooldowns for the dog. Those didn’t do anything, but still got displayed even after I and my dog died and respawned again.
