When playing an online game, after clicking “Start Game” on the main menu, the loading screen frequently freezes, followed by a message indicating that an unknown error occurred, resulting in the failure to load the game character. The error code is always 0056. Sometimes, the UE engine also crashes. Additionally, clicking “Exit to Desktop” on the menu screen causes the computer to freeze.
