[MCD2-54] Deluxe edition and Pre order benefits missing

I pre ordered (and then purchased) the deluxe edition about a week ago from the nintendo eshop for my switch 2. Upon launching the game and linking my microsoft account, I saw I got the Hero cape, but not the twisted cape despite pre ordering the game almost 10 days ago

After going into the character customization screen, I also noticed that none of the extra skins from the deluxe edition were unlocked, despite specifically getting the deluxe edition

Also unable to submit a bug report for some reason.
I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition on the Nintendo Switch eShop for my son, weeks ago. Game released today, and somehow the pre-order bonus AND the Hero DLC is only available on MY Nintendo Switch account.
All other Nintendo Switch accounts on the same device say "You need to upgrade to the Deluxe Edition." I HAVE the dang Deluxe Edition. DLC should populate to ALL switch user accounts, like EVERY other switch game.
