Sift Biom: Flower Gate softlock / keys vanished after restart on Offline PC Hero

1. Play on PC as an Offline Hero in the Sift biome.

2. Progress until the final soul trial at the Blossom Gate.

3. Collect the keys and insert the first 2 keys into the gate.

4. Close and restart the game completely.

5. Reload the Offline Hero. The 2 keys are visually gone from the gate and missing from the inventory.

6. Inserting the 3rd key does nothing.

• Expected result:

The game should remember that 2 keys were already inserted, or return the keys to the inventory after a restart so the player can open the gate.

• Actual result:

The gate remains completely locked forever. The golden quest path leads right through the locked gate. Because it is an open-world game, there is no option to restart the quest or reset the area. The character is completely stuck and story progression is blocked.
