Game wont open when clicking play

After a fresh Windows 10 Install I can no longer get the game to launch. It worked perfectly fine on my PC up until a couple days. When I click play, the button switched to saying “Waiting for Install…” before the launcher freezes and seemingly crashes, and all Minecraft related processes in task manager disappear.

I’ve tried installing it to three different types drive (NVMe, Standard SSD, and an HHD), updating/reverting to different drivers, closing all overlays like discord and Nvidia, using the beta launcher version, launching from the Microsoft Store and nothing has seemed to change. I’d greatly appreciate help.
