Error Code 0092 and 0x89245104

When I launch the game it tries to connect to my Microsoft account and then gives me the error “0x89245104” and when I go into my settings and try to connect my account through that menu it gives me error “0092”

I am on windows 10

I am completely unable to connect my Microsoft account to the game and this has been a problem since launch and has continued to be a problem throughout the patches that have been provided since then.

I have spent over 90 in game minutes trying to brute force logging in but it does not work for me. [though allegedly this has worked for others.] Verifying integrity of game files did not fix it, uninstalling and reinstalling did not fix it, signing in to my xbox account on xbox game bar did not fix it. Logging in and out of my xbox account and then trying to connect after doing so did not fix it.
