Deluxe DLC cosmetics unavailable after using Domino's promo code

-Purchased Deluxe Bundle, no issue, had access to cosmetics.

-Used Domino’s code for Slice Slayer Cape. Get error. Try again, it works.

-Guest account logs in for couch co-op, has no access to the cape or Deluxe cosmetics anymore.

-Discoverd Primary Nintendo Online account cannot access Deluxe content OR the Domino cape anymore.

-Linked to Microsoft account, no effect.

-Reloading, reinstalling, restarting all fail to fix the problem.
