Cannot Launch the game (bought on steam)

When i try to launch the game and press play it says running and never starts and after 1-2 minutes later. game closes itself before it even starts.

when i checked task manager i can see Minecraft Dungeons II and BootstrapPackagedGame try to run but idles
there is nothing pops up in the taskbar and nothing visually happens except something is trying to run in task manager.

and also i’d like to mention that i it shows my playtime is already 50 minutes but actually all that time was my trying to launching the game.
