Frozen Fortress can be entered while blocked and will be bugged when entered

the entrance to the frozen fortress is blocked yet can still be interacted with and entered, doing so will lead to a room with glitched collisions on the buttons which cannot be passed. dying and tp-ing back into this dungeon may softlock the player as some gates close to the entrance dont save and cannot be opened on the other side
