[MCL-10172] My game keeps crashing when I launch it.

Iclick play and it loads up to the Mojang icon then it crashes and goes back to the launcher and says it crashed due to an unexpected error. Can anyone help? Also apparently on here it says 2.1.1462 for affects versions but my game is only at 1.13.2? Am I outdated?
