My Minecraft launcher is in the information bar but nothing is displayed. So I can't play and it's starting to get long.
I expect a quick response from Mojang Communication Service.

This is usually a problem on windows when you have multiple screens connected, you opened the game in one and then disconnected the screen. It gets confused and the window gets out of bounds
