[MCL-10522] Minecraft launcher does not have a "adjust ram" setting

The settings area of the launcher does not have a slider to allocate more ram this is a huge pain when using EXTREME texture packs and data packs

Open the launcher, go to "Launch options," select the profile you use, adjust the RAM in the "JVM arguments." You can see this article for a more detailed explanation.
