[MCL-10549] My minecraft launcher fails to execute snapshots

Minecraft Launcher fails to execute any snapshot, despite updating it, searching for updates or try to install it again. This has happened every time I tried to execute a snapshot. In short words, I was trying to play with 19w08b, and it's predecessors.

Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected.
You don't have access to them yet.

We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
Does your game produce a crash report? If so, please attach the crash report (.minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

If no crash report was created, please try running a snapshot, and if it fails, attach the launcher log (.minecraft/launcher_log.txt) here.

Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.

Thanks for the help, but I have no idea how to attach the crashlog, or how to attach the launcher files to it. Can you help me do it step by step?
