Hello!
As in the picture presented after turning on the launcher, it appears on the taskbar as enabled but nothing more. You can not use it displaying it is as if minimized to the taskbar. This problem is only on the current version of the launcher after changing the program's compatibility and entering the old version of the launcher works fine.
Hold shift and right click on the launcher, then click maximise
