Everytime I upload my skin to Minecraft.net or change it in the launcher, it will not change. Everytime I boot up my game i reverts to Alex. i am going insane. please help... I have tried completely deleting the .minecraft folder, uninstalling restarting, everything. what can i do to fix this?
