Minecraft launcher issue (neither 1.13.2 modded or 1.7.10 optifine show up)

Well, I have moved Minecraft into a custom folder and then I can't make a new version (forge 1.13 and optifine 1.7.10) that I've put in the version folder show up. Everything seems right, and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Have you tried using the actual forge/optifine installer?

Yes, I installed them with the actual installer, but they didn't show up in the launcher.
