Bug launching the game in 1.13 and +

As soon as I start my game in 1.13 and + via the launcher, either the game crash after 30 seconds, or it starts but remains stuck on the menu of the game or I can not click anywhere. In the second case, it's totally bug my pc that no longer responds to any action until I close the buggy page of Minecraft.
