[MCL-108] [Fatal Error] Can't start the launcher, refuses to download needed files

I start the launcher and it just opens a window, with a fatal error. (see the image attached).

I know how to fix it ! 100 % ! (If you have ESET antivirus)
Go to the antivirus and click options, then Advanced settings (something like that) I dont know what actually writes because my computer is not in English version! Then go to HTTP, HTTPS and choose Don't check HTTPS protocol and click apply !
Sorry for bad english ! (If you have Google Chrome and it can't open some pages you are lucky - this will fix that too)
