Launcher stuck on loading screen forever

ive done everything to going to java and uninstalling and reinstalling, to doing the same with minecraft along with restarting my computer. I've waited hours as well as looking up countless youtube videos, and when I find a solution that worked, the skins would not show up on my screen. I am very frustrated and Ive tried as many tactics and tricks as I could find, yet nothing. It also comes up with the Java SE Binary Code not found thing and ive updated my driver. I dont know what else to do, Ive been trying to fix this since yesterday and it's honestly really getting on my nerves. I have Windows 10 and Java as well with an intel hard drive thing, please help me asap.
