Launcher does not launch the game

I have sent tickets with no responses so I'll send this one. The launcher does not launch the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher multiple times with no use. I will continue to send tickets because I sent two yesterday with no solution to the problem. Please I would like to hear a response and a solution.
