[MCL-11157] Cannot connect to ANY server

So I have an SCP server that uses mods, so I log in to the server and it says "Invalid Session". I don't think much of it so I restart game and launcher and try again. Same result. It only started when the launcher updated. Forge Version: 14.23.5.2838
If anyone knows what's wrong, please tell me.

If it is your server you can change the online mode to false in server.properties for a short term fix. Warning you will be logged into a different account and it can open your server up for some malicious behavior.
