Optifine modded 1.6.2 jar, closes client with bad class state (Exit Code 1)

Upon trying to launch a 1.6.2 jar modded with optifine, the game starts and then is closed due to "Bad Class State (Exit Code 1)" I have modded everything the same way as before, and followed the new steps to the tee. Please help?
