[MCL-11714] Can't choose a version

I was trying to play version 1.14.3 with my friends but it didn't let me choose a version at all, I can only play 1.14.4. Upon clicking new in installations you should be able to select version but what appears to be a dropdown menu doesn't even appear, leaving me with no ability to pick a version.

Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected.
You don't have access to them yet.

We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
