Game crashes in 1.13 thought 1.14.3 and won't let me see the crash report

The game loads for about 1 second and then it crashes and goes back to the launcher and comes up with an error messages that says "Game crashed" " An Unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed.." and then it gives me the option of close it or view crash report but it won't let me view crash report. and this only happens in all versions since 1.13 to 1.14.3. I can only play 1.12 on Minecraft.

I attached the Crash report I believe.

That one seems to be from a month ago. Do you not have a crash-reports folder? If not, please attach the launcher_log.txt file, please.

I don't have any earlier ones because it won't give me the option to open the crash report.

The log you attached just shows that you were able to play 1.12.2. Maybe I should have clarified, please try launching 1.14.4 and then attach the launcher log if it crashes.

I attached it. And it still crashed.

Hmm. This is the error message:

FATAL ERROR in native method: Thread[Client thread,5,main]: No context is current or a function that is not available in the current context was called. The JVM will abort execution.

Usually this happens because of outdated graphics card drivers or hardware that is no longer supported. Please try updating your graphics card drivers. If that doesn't work, which graphics card do you use?

I believe it is ATI Radeon HD 4550. And it says that is up to date
