[MCL-1218] Gave up trying to download Library files.

Versions below release 1.3 doesn't work on the new launcher anymore.
Reasons; Library files return 403.

Me and the users of my tool, MVC, have issues playing on versions below release 1.3 on the latest version of the launcher, due to required library files returning 403.

I have included the startup Dev console log.

Is there a way I can make older versions work again, or are you guys (Mojang) required to change the library file permissions back?

Help wanted.

Why in the world do you want to download a specific nightly build of LWJGL ?

Minecraft 1.5.2 is satisfied with the release of LWJGL:

That's neither a bug of the Launcher or the repository at AWS
