[MCL-12393] Steve skin preview uses outdated Steve skin

The bug

The skin preview for the Steve skin uses the outdated version of the Steve skin with the beard, while the skin itself doesn't have the beard.

That's the old Steve skin; he used to have a beard but it was removed because it was always confused for a mouth. The Herobrine skin was based on it.

It's obviously not a bug (he just hadn't shaved on that picture!) 🙂
Joking aside, I've updated to a new picture, and will resolve this ticket as soon as we get a new build.
