[MCL-12454] Startup Sound Can't be Disabled

I enabled startup sound awhile back and after the new update the option to disable it isn't available anymore. I hate the loud beeping startup and want to disable it!

We don't have any sounds in the Launcher anymore. Can you verify that this is not caused by something else?

Before the launcher disabled the startup sound I enabled it and then the option disappeared so i couldnt disable it. I reset my oc and everything is fine now.

My guess is that the option to enable sounds is still saved in launcher_profiles.json and still read from there, and acted upon despite the option no longer exists.

Sorry if my comment didn't make much sense before. I enabled the startup sound after I got the beta of the launcher and then they got rid if the option but I still heard it. Well after resetting my PC everything went back to normal
