My minecraft keeps on crashing before launching, tried many times. Please help. And somehow in the 'Affects Version/s' version 1.14.4 does not exist when it is the version I'm using and it keeps on crashing.

I solved the problem already 😃 Apparently I have outdated resource packs in my files and I deleted them all and my minecraft is not crashing anymore. For those who are crashing, try finding your minecraft file by pressing 'windows and r' and then '%appdata%\minecraft i ithink and then run and then you will find your minecraft file and then find a resource pack file 😃

Yes, this is an issue caused by outdated resource packs being loaded. It'll probably be addressed in 1.15.
