Minecraft does not work

Hello, my name is Carlos Calderon and I have played minecraft since 2015 during that whole period. Hatsa 2019 was going well, I used Windows 7 Ultimated but I decided to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro 64bit, which is compatible with my laptop, good since I updated Minecraft, it didn't let me playing the launcher opened and gave me many mistakes one of them would be crash report good now to this date 1/12/19 minecraft launcher opens but when I give it play it starts loading everything but in the end the game never opens open or the first version released of minecraft and check everything I have my drives well my windows visual c ++ add-ons drivers updated to the last date released I have directx xo I do not know how to write well the problem is that the launcher opens and everything but when it's time to launch the game nothing happens the launcher closes and the game never opens it's as if I had never run that program practically nothing happens my question is I buy the m inecraft therefore I am asking for the help of an advisor or how could I solve this problem so that I can continue with my game by running the program I need to know that I install in that I am failing among other things I need help as quickly as possible I am desperate if can you help me I would appreciate it very much god bless you
