My pc is for 64 bits and my java is 64 bits but my Minecraft is 32 bits, and when i unistall and install it again, it install with 32 bits and not with 64 bits, how can i install Minecraft 64 bits?

The launcher is 32 bit, there's no way to change that. As for your java version, Minecraft uses it's own java version unless you instruct it not to, so if you're on a 64 bit OS it should use 64 bit java
