MinecraftDev Luancher snapshot 13w16a Crash

What I expected to happen was...:
Open the launcher, and allow it to do whatever it is to do. (I am unfamiliar with this launcher) Then navigate to game menu.

What actually happened was...:
After a minute or so of running code in the JRE Client, and filling a progress bar at the bottom, another Minecraft window with a funny icon I have never seen before popped up, then i got this message in the client;

Upon trying a second time, The Minecraft Game Window opened and displayed the Mojang Logo. Then, after a few seconds, it died again, closing the window, and displaying the same crash message in the launcher/client.
