Minecraft Java Skin problem: the outer layer of my left leg won't load.

In version 1.15.2, the outer-layer of my skin's left leg is missing. :red_star: it's like it didn't load. well, it did on the skin page. but in game it does not load.⚠️  and furthermore, my boot (which was part of the left leg's outer-layer 😉 .) was covering a spot that was blank. but now with it removed, the blank spot is Black. ❓   people have reported blank parts on skins being black, but I wanted to inform you just in case. 🙂 

(P.S.): If you just fix the disappearing of my left leg's outer-layer, then that's OK, since the boot will cover it. 😃
